The story takes place in a small town in Poland. The lives of the inhabitants revolve around the sports club Gamrat. The club's president Janusz Wysocki is not able to bring back the glory to the declining club. Then Adam Zalewski, who is a former foster child from a local orphanage, steps in and takes matters into his own hands. Thanks to him, the building and the club itself are full of life again. People trust the enterprising man and are glad that the town has something to offer for young people; yet, they do not know that Adam has a secret.
