Three high school students in the US, having learned about Mrs Sendler’s lot and heroic efforts, decided to come over to Poland and meet in person the woman, who risking her life, struggled for others survive. They are fascinated with the story. The visit and conversation with Irena Sendler brings out an image of modest heroism and of a humble and quiet struggle for the betterment of the world.
